Can I Cancel My Order?
Um, maybe - To provide you with the fastest service possible, once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are custom-made based on the customer's instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Guidogear.com up to the point of cancellation. INDIVIDUAL orders cannot be cancelled once we have ordered the garment(s) or product(s) for your order. If we can cancel your individual order there will be a 25% processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so. You must call to verify your order has been cancelled. We cannot be responsible for email cancellations.
Can I Return My Stuff?
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will ask for pictures of the issue and/or request that you return the item for inspection. In these cases, we will remake or repair the item for you at no additional charge. If you encounter a defective or incorrect item issue, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID number, picture of the issue, and current shipping address. Our team will be in touch to determine the next steps once we receive your request.
If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or made a mistake with your order, you may initiate a return request within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your order. You have the option to A) return your order for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping + rush fees) OR B) return your order for a 50% refund (excluding shipping + rush fees) to your original payment method (excluding shipping + rush fees). Please note, you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for your return and Express Design Group cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. We do not offer exchanges, but you can return and apply your store credit or 50% refund toward a new purchase of the desired item(s) at your convenience. Valid on orders up to $100.00.
To initiate a return, please look up your order below. Once your return request is received, our team will be in touch with an RMA and instructions for your return or appropriate next steps.
For all returns, your preference (returning for 100% store credit (excluding shipping + rush fees) or 50% refund (excluding shipping + rush fees) will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed to be delivered to our warehouse. Our fulfillment department will process returns within 1-3 business days upon receipt.

Your purchase will be credited to your original charge card. Shipping charge is not refundable on returns unless there was an error on the original order received, in that case a return label will be sent with the correct item when it reships. All returns must take place within 10 days of receipt of items.
